Don't Worry. Philippians 4:4-9

Sometimes life is heavy. It could be that you have about a hundred different things going or it could be that you've just been thrust into a tragedy. Whatever the case is, it's reassuring to know that God is in control. Not only is he in control, but he listens to us, hears our prayers. So if you're starting to feel the weight of the world remember, there's peace in Christ because he hears our prayers.

Philippians 4:4-9
4Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

that He doesnt want us to be anxious about anything

it will help by helping me not be so anxious about stuff that will be gone eventually.
(like part of what verses morgan is having us memorize, "therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. each day has enough trouble of its own.")
